Story Book Hollow is a provider of early childhood education programs with 3 convenient locations spread across New York. In advocating the importance of early childhood education, we offer preschool and early childhood programs at two facilities in St. James, New York while our location in Selden offers similar programs with the same exciting set of activities that your child will truly enjoy!
We strongly believe in the benefits of early childhood education by allowing children to learn and create at their own pace while challenging them to reach for the stars.
In our learning center for kindergarten and preschool, our programs involve hands-on activities with opportunities for one-on-one work with our faculty of educators and paraprofessionals. There are also group activities where children get to interact with peers close to their age in activities that are appropriate for their developing competencies. Here, we foster your child’s strengths and closely work with them to develop their essential skills in preparation for advanced school years.

We are a family-owned and operated Center, with highly educated and trained staff that will make every moment of your child’s day exciting, creative, fun, caring, and safe.With 3 children of my own, I embarked on a journey to find just the right program for my children. Not finding what I wanted, I decided to create what I felt was the best program for my children. A fun, loving, caring environment that excelled academically and prepared my children for school.
I didn’t want it to be babysitting, I wanted them to grow and learn and I wanted to see the spark of excitement every child should feel when they learn or create something new.Four years and 3 Centers later I love that I can share this with so many other children and their families.
